Funding
The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a grant of over 10 million Euros finances the program for 2/3 of the 5 year period (2006-2010).
The remaining 1/3 needs to be raised by the implementing partners. To further expand the leverage of the program and to explore mutual interests (such as quality assurance of HIV treatment and availability of second-line treatment in resource-poor settings), the LAASER team is continuously exploring possibilities for further co-funding.
