The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs finances the program for 2/3 during the program period (2006-2010). The Aids Fonds Netherlands is responsible for the overall coordination of the LAASER Program and works together with three implementing partners: PharmAccess Foundation, Treat Asia and International Civil Society Support (ICSS).
